Return Conditions

To help us process your return, products should be returned:

Unworn and unused
Clean and in good condition
With original tags, labels and accessories where applicable
In their original packaging whenever reasonably possible

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been completed.

Return Shipping Costs

Original standard delivery charges are refunded where required by applicable consumer law. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost is not required to be refunded. citeturn500825search11

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds include the amounts required by applicable law and will be made no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method has been expressly agreed.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

Where a direct exchange is not available, you may return the eligible product and place a new order for the item you prefer.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will try to cancel it before shipment. If it has already been dispatched, you may use your applicable return and withdrawal rights after receiving the order.
